The ePharmaSolutions Clinical Trial Portal is a highly configurable application that can support the complex needs of global clinical trials.

The Clinical Trial Portal supports the entire suite of ePS services, ranging from protocol and site feasibility through patient recruitment and study monitoring. Each study has its own set of user administration settings, study progress reports, system integrations, and applications to meet the needs of the clinical team.

The ePS Portal Configuration team, led by Rachel Belani-Barker, works with our clients to define their needs for the portal and study-specific workspace. We begin with a thorough requirements workshop where we aim to understand the current sponsor practices and then translate those requirements and business processes into technical and system process requirements. We then apply company expertise and industry best practices to these requirements so that we can deliver the best end user and client experience.

Once the requirements and business process have been finalized, the Portal Configuration team configures each system to the requirements that were agreed to. The systems are then tested by the ePS Quality Control department and made available to clients for approval. A typical study workspace that includes all CTP applications can be configured and tested in 3-4 weeks from the time of requirements finalization.
